Blueberry Card
As the name suggests blueberries are the perennial flowering plant berries which have a peculiar blue or purple colour. These berries have a slightly sweet taste with a bit of acid which gives it its unique flavour. But there are a hundred types of blueberries and their flavour vary from type to type. Some taste sour and some taste sweet but the majority of blueberry tastes sweet.

Blueberries are one of the wonder fruit that is present on this planet. Even though they cost a little more when compared with fruits such as apple, mango, banana, etc. but their properties support their cost. Blueberries have powerful health benefits, having a nutritional profile consist of high fibre, vitamin C, vitamin K and manganese.

Health benefit of blueberries consists of their antioxidant properties which are believed to be best among most of the fruits consumed. This antioxidant property helps in reducing the risk of chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and Alzheimer (for those who don’t know about Alzheimer, it’s a progressive disease that destroys a person’s memory and other mental functions.). Antioxidants also have a protective effect on the brain which helps in memory retention and sharpening of mind.
Another benefit it shows is on the immunity system. Some studies state that blueberries increase the number of killer cells in the body which helps the body in resisting the oxidative stress along with viral infection.

It has earlier being used in many industries such as medicines, environment, bioengineering, etc. due to its properties. Chitosan has excellent properties of antimicrobial activity, nontoxicity, biocompatibility, biodegradability, chelating capability, etc. Why I said it’s a solution for packaging in...
